WIXM 102.3C3 Grand Isle, VT


In 2009, 102.3 changed city of license, and tower site, with a major upgrade from an A to a C3. Now it sits here on the Beartown Ski Area in Plattsburgh


Just peaking above the trees is the new 5 bay and short tower.
