All images seen on NECRAT.US, on social media, and other services which I, Michael Fitzpatrick, own, control, or hold an account to, are copywritten for my use only. Permission to use my photos is not given automatically, and consent to use them is only on an "as given in writing" basis. If you wish to use my photos for your website, social media blog, news article or other similar post, you must receive my permission ahead of time. ALL USE OF IMAGES FROM THIS SITE, WHICH ARE GRANTED BY PERMISSION ONLY, are to be tagged "NECRAT.us/Mike Fitzpatrick" unless otherwise agreed to. Exemptions for this use exist. Engineers, Owners, and or other parties affiliates with towers, transmitters and other equipment on the tower may use photos for business, commercial or private use. Pre-existing conditions also exist for Scott Fybush/Fybush Media.com, Lance Venta/Radio Insight and Electronics Research Inc. (ERI). Monetary rates may apply for use, depending on the use needed.
